Ingredients

  • 3.17 oz. package Plant Boss Unseasoned Plant Crumbles

  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil

  • 2 tsp. minced garlic, dried (or 3–4 cloves, minced)

  • 1/2 – 1 tsp. crushed red chili flakes (for desired spiciness)

  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (reserve some for topping at the end)

  • 2-inch ginger, finely grated (approximately 1 Tbsp.)

  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 ¾ cups vegetable stock

  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

  • Sesame seeds (optional, topping)

Directions

    1. Sauté garlic, chili flakes, green onion, and ginger in sesame oil for 2–3 minutes.
    2. Add stock, soy sauce, crumbles, and brown sugar. Stir to combine.
    3. Cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, until crumbles have absorbed moisture.
    4. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.

     

    Be the boss: serve with white rice, sliced purple cabbage, cooked broccolini, kimchi or snap peas.
