1 cup Plant Boss Unseasoned Plant Crumbles

2 Tbsp. oil

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced carrots

1/4 cup minced celery

1/4 cup flour

6 cups broth

1 cup wild rice

1 tsp. thyme leaf

2 bay leaves

1 tsp. dried garlic (1–2 cloves, minced)

2 cups chopped kale

2 cups milk (plant-based suggested)
Directions
- Sauté onion, carrot, and celery in oil for 3–5 minutes.
- Stir in flour. Add broth, rice, crumbles, and spices.
- Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add kale and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and stir in milk.
