Bolognese Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1- 3.35 oz. package Plant Boss™ All-Purpose Plant Crumbles

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 cup diced onion

  • 2 Tbsp. minced celery

  • ½ cup minced carrot

  • 3 cups vegetable stock

  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

  • ¼ cup tomato paste

  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce

  • Fresh parsley

Directions

    1. In a 4-quart stockpot, sauté onion, carrot, and celery in oil for 3-5 minutes.
    2. Add stock, soy sauce, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and crumbles with seasoning.
    3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    4. Top with fresh parsley
