Ingredients

1 cup Plant Boss Unseasoned Plant Crumbles

2/3 cup hot water

2 Tbsp. tomato paste

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 ½ tsp. oregano, dried

1 ½ tsp. basil, dried

1/4 tsp. sea salt
-
1 ½ tsp. minced garlic, dried (or 2–3 cloves, minced)

3/4 tsp. onion powder
-
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
-
2 eggs (or 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal + 6 Tbsp. water, soaked 5 minutes)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Stir crumbles into hot water, let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, soy sauce, and seasonings. Stir to combine.
- Add nutritional yeast flakes, egg (or flaxseed substitute) and breadcrumbs. Stir to combine.
- Form into 1 – 1 ½-inch balls and place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
